Synopsis: High pressure will quickly build across the waters through tonight before exiting to the east by early Monday. Low pressure will develop over the eastern Rockies later Monday with trough extending through west Texas. The trough axis will move into south Texas Monday night through Tuesday. Another cold front will approach the waters Tuesday evening and sweep through the waters before daybreak Wednesday, with high pressure quickly building in behind the front later Wednesday and settling over the waters Wednesday night and Thursday. Strong north winds and agitated seas early this morning will settle down later today through early Monday. Increasing southerly winds later Monday through Tuesday will return elevated seas. North winds may approach gale force Wednesday before diminishing overnight Wednesday into Thursday, with a period of rough and dangerous seas especially on Wednesday. Small Craft Advisories will be likely for all or part of the waters Monday night through Wednesday night with Gale Warnings possible Wednesday.
