Synopsis: A slow moving cold front over the offshore waters this evening will continue to slowly drift through the day. Offshore winds strengthen in the wake of the front, and SCEC conditions are expected for most of the waters at some point today, carrying at least into Tuesday. A brief small craft advisory cannot yet be ruled out in the offshore waters. Another coastal low pressure system will affect the marine area Wednesday into Thursday, bringing another period of stronger winds.
