...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...
Synopsis: Strong north winds this morning will decrease through late morning and into the afternoon. Small craft advisory conditions will continue across the bays and nearshore waters until noon and the offshore waters until late afternoon. A weak to moderate east flow will develop by tonight. A weak onshore flow is expected Monday. Isolated showers will be possible Monday and Monday night in response to a weak coastal trough. Weak to moderate onshore flow expected Monday night and early Tuesday. Moderate north wind will develop Tuesday night and Wednesday as a surge of surface high pressure moves across the coastal waters. Additional isolated showers are anticipated Tuesday night in response to the surge and the associated upper level disturbance. Weak to moderate offshore flow and drier conditions Thursday.
